November Massage Blend

Our November Massage blend of the month is also lovely to diffuse!

Christmas Spirit, Frankincense and Copaiba

For a massage oil use:

5 drops of each in a 5 mL bottle topped up with carrier oil 

for tired muscles

To diffuse the blend I like to use about 3 drops of Christmas Spirit with  1-2 drops each of Frankincense and Copaiba.
